When people say something is impossible, MR physicist Peter Seevinck is driven to prove them wrong. This is how Peter discovered a way to visualize bone with MRI scanners. Together with image scientist Marijn van Stralen, he further developed the BoneMRI technology at the University Medical Center Utrecht. In 2016 they partnered with med-tech entrepreneur Roel Raatgever, to found spin-off company MRIguidance.
Based in Utrecht, the team at MRIguidance is still working in close cooperation with University Medical Center Utrecht as well as many other hospitals to develop and clinically validate it’s proprietary technology.
